We work with you and your family not just on home organization and clean out of a loved one’s personal belongings, we also assist in making the property ready for sale, or rental. We will reorganize and stage the home for resale. We work hand in hand with the family to determine the best measure to improve or upgrade the home, bringing the best value to you. Depending on the current condition of the home, this simply may be repairing walls, adding some curb appeal to the outside area, upgrading flooring or lighting, updating kitchens or just adding a fresh coat of paint. We take the burden off of the family by meeting and coordinating with contractors, repairmen, landscapers or servicemen to do the minor repairs or upgrades. This allows the family time to focus on their already busy schedules.
