- ASSESS UPDATES/IMPROVEMENTS – We will work with you and your family to decide on the best measure to improve or upgrade the home, bringing the best value to you. This may be repairing current conditions, making simple upgrades, touching up the curb appeal or simply adding a fresh coat of paint.
- REORGANIZE /STAGE HOME – Once we have cleaned out, sorted and disposed of items that are no longer needed or that have been moved, we will use the remaining items and furniture to present the home in the best possible light, making it appealing to a current buyer.

- PACKING – Once the items have been identified, we will carefully pack, organize and coordinate with the movers to have the belongings moved.
- UNPACKING – We are also available to receive your belongings at the new location and help unpack, put away and set the new home up so that it is ready to be lived in.
